Numerical Equivalents? Blackberry Users Don't Need Them
Some toll free phone number subscribers are reluctant to only advertise their vanity numbers--a catchy phrase or word instead of a string of numbers--because some cellular phone systems don't have keys that line the letters up with the numerical equivalent in the same way that traditional phones match up.
And until all cellular phones match numbers and letters up in the standard way, it may indeed be a good idea to post the numerical toll free number along with the vanity number in ads and on business cards.
