How does our system work?
It’s simple! Upon signup we will ask you for a phone number that you would like your toll free number directed to (your Ring-to), whether it be a cell, home, or office phone. There is no need to install a separate phone line – we coordinate everything for you! When someone calls your toll-free number, that call will instantly ring on your ring-to number and you’ll pay a flat per minute fee when people call you. More >>
How long does it take to activate the number?
We generally have the activation completed within 24 hours for randomly generated numbers and 5-8 business days for vanity (or specific) numbers.
What kind of number can I get?
Available toll free area codes include 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, and 833. You can also choose the exact number you want or have us assign a random number for you. As always, the option is yours! We are always more than happy to search for the perfect number for you.
Can I choose my own phone number?
Yes you can choose any number that is not currently owned by someone else. You can search online or call and have us search for you. You can search the database at www.chooseanumber.com
Can I find out who owns a certain number?
We can do a search to provide you with information on who owns a particular number. Click for details.
Routing & Service
Can other countries call my USA toll-free number?
1-800 phone numbers can be called from all 50 US states. Canada and Puerto Rico can call your toll free number also. Other countries (like the U.K., India, and Asia) have their own toll free exchanges such as 0-800 or 0-847 so they can not call a U.S. toll-free number just like the USA can not call theirs.
How many calls can I get at one time?
Your toll free number can accept as many calls as your ring-to number can handle. If your ring-to number has call waiting you will be able to accept more than one call at a time. If you don’t have call waiting, excess calls may go into your voicemail.
Can I have the calls go to my cell phone?
Yes, we are one of the few companies that allow toll-free to cellular phone calls.
Can I have multiple toll free numbers ring on the same telephone line?
You can have as many toll free numbers as you want ring in to one line.
How can I change where my 800 numbers ring-to?
Just give us a call or log into your customer account online. It’s free and easy to change your ring-to number.
How quickly does the new ring-to take effect?
Usually within minutes.
Can I have my 800 number ring to multiple phones?
Your toll free number can only ring in to one phone at a time, however, if your ring-to number has a call forwarding option your toll free number will work with that as well. Ask your local telephone carrier to install call forwarding for you and then your toll-free number can ring multiple lines!
Can I block areas or people from calling me?
Yes! You can block any specific area from calling you.

Is there a voicemail option?
Yes, you can use our voicemail system or the voicemail on your ring-to number.
How does your voicemail work?
All of our packages come with voicemail! You can choose to have your toll free number ring directly to a voicemail box or ring to you first and pick up on a separate toll free voicemail if you don’t answer (thus bypassing your personal voicemail). You can record a voicemail greeting yourself for free or pay a nominal fee to have one of our professional voice actors record a short script of your choice.
Can I have different Extensions and Mailboxes?
Yes, we have two different systems offering great services that will give you a complete automated system with voice prompts, extensions, menus, and submenus. What number shows up on Caller ID when people call my 800 number?
Your toll free number will automatically unblock all callerID’s who dial in on your toll free number. You can choose to have incoming calls shown as either your own 800 number or the caller’s number. Either way, our Automatic Number Identification and will show the number of the person who is calling your toll free number, whether on your callerID display or listed in your online account portal. You will almost always be able to see who’s calling you!

How does the bill work?
We will send you an email when your bill is ready to view online. Simply follow the link and decide if you want to send in a check or pay via any of the four major credit or debit cards.
Can I change my CC info later?
Yes, you can change any of your account information by logging in to our customer portal.
Can I use someone else’s CC#
As long as we have authorization from the card holder. We will need their information as well as yours.
