How does our system work?
It’s simple! Upon signup we will ask you for a phone number that you would like your toll free number directed to (your Ring-to), whether it be a cell, home, or office phone. There is no need to install a separate phone line – we coordinate everything for you! How long does it take to activate the number?
We generally have the activation completed within 3 business days but we can have it ready sooner if you need it quicker.
What kind of number can I get?
Available toll free area codes include 800, 888, 877, and 866. You can also choose the exact number you want or have us assign a random number for you. As always, the option is yours! We are always more than happy to search for the perfect number for you.
Can I choose my own phone number?
Yes you can choose any number that is not currently owned by someone else. You can search online or call and have us search for you. You can search the database at www.chooseanumber.com

Can other countries call my USA toll-free number?
1-800 phone numbers can be called from all 50 US states. Canada and Puerto Rico can call your toll free number also. Other countries (like the U.K., India, and Asia) have their own toll free exchanges such as 0-800 or 0-847 so they can not call a U.S. toll-free number just like the USA can not call theirs.
How many calls can I get at one time?
Your toll free number can accept as many calls as your ring-to number can handle. If your ring-to number has call waiting you will be able to accept more than one call at a time. If you don’t have call waiting, excess calls may go into your voicemail.
Can I have the calls go to my cell phone?
Yes, we are one of the few companies that allow toll-free to cellular phone calls.
Can I have multiple toll free numbers ring on the same telephone line?
You can have as many toll free numbers as you want ring in to one line.
How can I change where my 800 numbers ring-to?
Just give us a call or log into your customer account online. It’s free and easy to change your ring-to number.
How quickly does the new ring-to take effect?
Usually no longer than an hour or so.
Can I have my 800 number ring to multiple phones?
Your toll free number can only ring in to one phone at a time, however, if your ring-to number has a call forwarding option your toll free number will work with that as well. Ask your local telephone carrier to install call forwarding for you and then your toll-free number can ring multiple lines (Average cost $4.95/mo)
Can I block areas or people from calling me?
Yes! You can block any specific area from calling you.
Is there a voicemail option?
Yes, you can use our voicemail system or the voicemail on your ring-to number.
How does your voicemail work?
When someone dials your toll free number it will go straight into voicemail. Your clients will hear your outgoing message (up to two minutes in length) and will have the option to leave you a message as well (up to five minute in length). All messages left for you will be sent to you via email. Just double click the icon and listen to your message! Voicemail is $10.00 to setup with no other fees.

What number shows up on Caller ID when people call my 800 number?
Your toll free number will automatically unblock all callerID’s who dial in on your toll free number. You can choose to have incoming calls shown as either 1. your 800 number’s callerID or 2. the caller’s callerID This is called ANI or Automatic Number Identification and will show the number of the person who is calling your toll free number.

How does the bill work?
We will send you an email when your bill is ready to view online. Simply follow the link and decide if you want to send in a check or do a credit card debit. You can also decide if you would like to prepay for the following month.
Can I change my CC info later?
Yes, you can change any of your account information by logging in to our customer portal.
Can I use someone else’s CC#
As long as we have authorization from the card holder. We will need their information as well as yours.
Why are the instate rates higher?
Local carriers in specific areas can be more or less expensive depending on the area in which your ring-to number is located. Since they charge more to transmit a call to you, that cost is relayed back to you. The rate will not ever change, you will only be charged the instate and state-to-state rate that are quoted during signup.
