Hi,
I was looking at your services and what I'm wondering is if you can provide a custom solution for my company. Here's what I'm looking for:
- I need to be able to assign 800 #'s to my clients.
- Each client gets a single 800 # with several 4 digit extension numbers.
- All extensions can be set to point to a single terminating number or can be setup to point to different ones.
- Ability for me to setup 800 #'s with extensions and terminating numbers programmatically (for example through a webservice)
- All calls to be recorded and available via web as mp3
- Once a call has been processed, I need them logged in my database in realtime. So I can setup a webservice on my server that is hit by your IVR systems once each call is complete with the following information:
1. Dialed 800 #
2. Extension #
3. Terminating #
4. Time of call start
5. Time of call end
6. Length of call
7. URL to recording (mp3 file) of the call
